Custom pattern making is the engineering of a brand-new digital pattern built from a garment sample or technical sketch — starting from zero. Pattern digitizing converts an existing physical paper pattern into a factory-ready CAD file without redesigning the shape. If you have an existing paper pattern to preserve or scale, you need digitizing. If you are developing a new style, you need pattern making.
A tech pack is never required to place an order. A physical garment sample is the most efficient submission method — our engineers extract all technical specs directly from the physical piece. Tech packs can be referenced as supplemental documentation if available, but they do not gate the start of any project.
